1. Resolution approving the award of a low bid for County Highway 8 and County Highway 17 for traffic signal reconstruction. 

2. Resolution approving a supplemental agreement with Cummins Engineering Corporation for engineering and structural design services for the Oak Crest Bridge in Clear Lake Township. 

3. Resolution approving the FY2025 procurement of diesel fuel and motor fuel in the amount of $200,000.

13. Resolution approving the procurement of goods and/or services for Information Systems from Netwrix Corporation for the purpose of renewing the licenses and maintenance of PolicyPak for three years to provide management and security of the County's network in the amount of $92,918. 

14. Resolution approving the procurement of goods and/or services for Information Systems from the Illinois Department of Innovation & Technology for the purpose of providing bandwidth for the County's Internet, Election IVR & LEADS information in the amount of $50,880. 

15. Resolution approving the procurement of goods and/or services for Information Systems from Watts Copy Systems, Inc. for the purpose of extending the current agreement for copier services for two more years ending on September 30, 2026 in the amount of $60,000 plus page cost.

20. Resolution approving the procurement of goods and/or services for Court Services from various Illinois Detention Centers for the purpose of out-of-county bed space for juveniles in the amount $125,000. 

21. Resolution approving the procurement of goods and/or services for Court Services from Advanced Correctional Healthcare for the purpose of providing on-site medical services at the Juvenile Detention Center in the amount of $140,088. 

22. Resolution approving the procurement of goods and/or services for Court Services from TCS Holding Company, LLC for the purpose of electronic monitoring services for adults in the amount of $50,000.

Resolution authorizing Sangamon County to participate in the service program of the Office of the State's Attorney's Appellate Prosecutor from December 1, 2024 through November 30, 2025 for the express purpose of providing a portion of the funds required for financing the operation of the Office of the State's Attorney's Appellate Prosecutor in the amount of $41,000.
