Community Resources, Dave MacDonna 

1. Approval to hire a replacement Fiscal Assistant at an annual salary range of $46,018-  57,523 effective 11/12/24; the previous employee left the position on 4/4/24 at an annual salary of $52,500 and left the payroll system on 4/12/24.  

Land of Lincoln Workforce Alliance, Michelle Griebler 

1. Approval to hire a replacement Assistant Director at an annual salary of up to $75,000 effective 11/13/24; the previous employee was promoted on 12/22/23 and left the position at an annual salary of $79,101.88. 

Public Defender's Office - Craig Reiser 

1. Approval to hire two (2) Client Advocates at an annual salary of up to $55,400 effective 11/13/24. These are new positions-funded by AOIC. 

Circuit Clerk - Joe Roesch/Erin Tozer 

1. Approval to hire a replacement Deputy Clerk-Civil Division at an annual salary of $36,929.11 effective 11/25/24; the previous employee left the position on 10/18/24 at an annual salary of $39,033.15 and left the payroll system on 10/25/24. 

2. Approval to hire a replacement Courts Division Manager at an annual salary of $55,628 effective 12/16/24; the previous employee will be promoted on 11/13/24 and will leave that position at an annual salary of $76,124. 

3. Approval to adjust salary for Erin Tozer, Chief Deputy Circuit Clerk, Administration/Accounting effective 11/13/24; her salary would change from $78,242 to $85,929.

State's Attorney – John Milhiser 

1. Approval to hire a replacement Assistant State's Attorney-Level 2 at an annual salary range of $68,046-$76,709 effective on or after 11/21/24; the previous employee was promoted on 10/21/24 and left the position at an annual salary of $69,680. 

Highways, Brian Davis 

1. Approval to hire a replacement Highway Maintainer at an annual salary of $51,967.50; the previous employee was promoted on 9/9/24 and left the position at an annual salary of $57,525. 

2. Approval to hire a replacement Highway Maintainer at an annual salary of $51,967.50; the previous employee left the position on 1/30/24 at an annual salary of $38,271.48 and left the payroll system on 2/16/24. 

3. Approval to hire a replacement Highway Maintainer at an annual salary of $51,967.50; the previous employee was promoted on 4/7/24 and left the position at an annual salary of $38,271.48.

Information Systems, Kim Jackson 

1. Approval to hire a replacement PC Network Support at an annual salary of $61,526.91 effective 11/14/24; the previous employee was promoted on 10/14/24 and left the position at an annual salary of $55,499.93. 

County Clerk. Don Gray 

1. Approval to hire a part-time Deputy Clerk at an hourly rate of $18 effective 12/1/24; the previous employee left the position on 8/2/24 at an hourly rate of $16 on 8/16/24. 

2. Approval to adjust salary for Ava Osmonson, PT Deputy Clerk effective 12/1/24; her salary would change from $16/hr to $18/hr.

County Administration. Brian McFadden/Jeff Wilhite 

1. Resolution to approve the FY2024 Budget Amendments 

2. Resolution approving a special service area for improved ambulance services for the portion of Virden Fire Protection District lying in Sangamon County.
