Approval to hire a replacement Chief Deputy at an annual salary of $135,294.85 effective 10/23/24 (County Administrator emergency approval for 10/23/24 replacement date); the previous employee left the position on 8/31/24 at an annual salary of $135,294.85 and left the payroll system on 9/13/24. Approve promotion for Captain John Hayes to Chief Deputy effective 10/23/24; his salary will change from $128,851.84 to $135,294.85.
2. Approval to adjust salary for Chief Deputy John Hayes effective 12/1/24; his salary would change from $135,294.85 to $143,188.
3. Approval to adjust salary for Captain Audie Prange effective 12/1/24; his salary would change from $132,718 to $136,370.

1. Approval to hire 2 (two) Part Time CASA Advocate Supervisors at an annual salary of $23,478 effective 12/1/24; the previous employee was full time and left the payroll system on 9/27/24 at an annual salary of $46,799.81.
2. Resolution to approve the application and forward to the County Board for acceptance of the VOCA Grant from the Illinois Criminal Justice Information Authority in the amount of $134,990. Matching funds are required.
County Administration, Brian McFadden
1. Tax Levies for Fiscal Year from December 1, 2024 through November 30, 2025
2. Agreement between Sangamon County and the Sustainable Food Institute of American for an on-site assessment at Pleasant Plains Community Unit School District #8 in the amount of $5,000.
3. Resolution to execute a contract with Sustainable Food Institute of America on a 2 year pilot program at Pleasant Plains Community Unit School District #8 for an amount not to exceed $100,000.
