a. Resolution approving a County Bridge Petition from Clear Lake Township for the replacement of a drainage structure on Clear Lake Road. 

b. Resolution approving land acquisition services from Hanson Professional Services for right-of-way to be acquired along the MacArthur Boulevard Extension between Woodside Road and Knight's Recreation Drive.

c. Resolution approving an Intergovernmental Agreement between Sangamon County and the Illinois Public Works Mutual Aid Network.

6. Committee Approvals. 

a. Approval of guardrail repair quotes from Clevenger Contractors, Inc. for CH 43 - East Lake Shore Drive and CH 12 - Mechanicsburg Road. 

7. Old Business 

a. Update on Woodside Road and Iron Bridge Road Grade Separations.

a. Discussion of future projects.
