2. Purchase Order-LRS for FY25 Maintenance-Veeam in the amount of $4,884. 

3. Purchase Order-WorksRight Software for FY25 ISD Contractual Software Per/Zip4 in the amount of $3,946. 

4. Purchase Order-SmartSafety Software, Inc for FY25 ISD Contractual-Trancite SHR in the amount of $4,257. 

5. Purchase Order-ConvergeOne, Inc for FY25 ISD Contractual Software-Proofpoint in the amount of $20,883.09. 

6. Approval to hire a replacement Systems Analyst II at an annual salary of up to $95,361 effective 4/14/25; the previous employee left the position on 2/28/25 at annual salary of $99,526.83 and left the payroll on 3/14/25. 

7. Approval to hire a replacement Network Analyst I at an annual salary of up to $83,709 effective 5/14/25. Changing a Systems Analyst I position to a Network Analyst I position to better fit the department needs. 

8. Pre-Travel for Michaela Vahling to attend training in Rushville, IL on April 4th in the amount of $94.80.
