Rep. Jeff Keicher held a press conference at the Capitol urging the Illinois General Assembly to address tax issues as Tax Day looms. Keicher highlighted that Illinois' tax burden and overregulation are pushing residents and businesses out. He stressed that this exodus is linked to increased unemployment and wages lost in the state.
