1. Approval to hire three (3) Street Outreach Specialists at an annual salary range of $40,657- $50,821 effective 10/15/25. These are new positions.

1. Resolution to approve the application and forward to Finance for acceptance of the PY26 Employment Barrier Reduction Program (EBRP) from the Illinois Association of Community Action Agencies in the amount of $40,250. This is a renewal and no matching funds are required.
