Three Illinois College Esports players receive all-conference honors

Illinois College Esports had three players recognized in the 2025 Midwest Esports Conference (MVEC) postseason awards for their performances in Valorant and Rocket League.

Dwight Duijneveld was named First Team All-Conference in Valorant. He finished the regular season with a 1.67 iR, 349 kills, and a 1.87 K/D ratio over 15 matches.

Teammate Fray Moulton also made First Team All-Conference in Valorant, posting a 1.46 iR, 286 kills, and 171 deaths, resulting in a 1.70 K/D ratio and a 79.4% KAST.

In Rocket League, Lucas Barry earned Third Team All-Conference honors. Barry averaged 0.77 goals, 0.67 assists, and 2.90 shots per game with a shooting percentage of nearly 39%, providing consistent playmaking for Illinois College during MVEC competition.

The Illinois College Valorant and Rocket League teams are scheduled to compete in the MVEC tournament this weekend in Waverly, Iowa beginning Saturday, November 8th.
