During the recent meeting of the Chatham, Illinois Village Board, a final subdivision plat was finalized for Breckenridge Manor.
According to letters from Raynolds, Higginbotham & Associates Inc., tests on the sewer system were completed as of May 2015, shortly after the first filling of water. The company also notes that construction relating to the plat of subdivision had been completed, excluding the installation of a four-foot sidewalk that would consist of 7571 square feet.
In a letter dated Dec. 12, 2015 it states that this would cost approximately $29,391.25.
Both letters were presented by Vice President of Greene & Bradford Inc. as an indication that the development of the subdivision is in line with the Chatham Land Subdivision Ordinance. The company acts as the village’s engineering firm. The company notes that in the construction process all required public improvements were completed. In the letter from Greene & Bradford, the company recommends that the plat receive approval and that the developing company also has a letter of credit.
This meeting also saw the review and approval of the meeting minutes from a previous meeting that was held on Jan. 26.
