The Chatham, Illinois Area Public Library District held a meeting this week to discuss matters relating to building work.

Environmental Control Systems was discussed as an alternative at the January meeting.
The board also considered a contract with B&B Electric for electrical services at this week's meeting.
The meeting also consisted of reports from the director, the art committee and the Friends of the Library. During the Art Committee report, the winners of the library’s Call to Entry show were announced.
The board also discussed resealing the parking lot asphalt. During the meeting, a discussion with an attorney was to be held.
