Sangamon County Liquor Committee met October 18.

Present: Lisa Hills - Chairman, Cathy Scaife - Vice Chairman, Abe Forsyth, Tom Fraase, Linda Fulgenzi, Craig Hall, Brad Miller, Vera Small, Sam Snell, Mike Sullivan and Joel Tjelmeland
Not Present: none
Others: Trustin Harrison, Dan Mosher, Ashley Handley (Handley’s Package Liquor) and Mary Carter (Secretary)
Chairman Hills called the meeting to order at 5:00 pm. Hills asked for a motion to approve the September 20th minutes. Forsyth made a motion to approve and Miller seconded. Motion carried (10-0).
New License:
•242-1FF Handley's Package Liquor (Ashley Ha dà Hali made a motion to approve and Tjelmeland seconded. Motia carried (10-0)
Temporary Licenses:
•2017-028: December 3,2017 West of Wise Winery, LLC ( Tina Simmermarker)
•2017-029: February 4,2018 West of Wise Winery, LLC ( Tina Simmermarker)
•2017-030: March 25,2018 West of Wise Winery, LLC (Tina Simmermarker)
Snell made a motion to approve all of the West of Wise Winery permits and Scaife seconded. Motion carried (10-0)
•2017-032: October 26,2017 Curran Crossroads dba Trails End Saloon (Deborah Bartz)
Scaife made a motion to approve and fraase seconded. Motion carried (10-0)
2017-033: November 11,2017 Springfield Jaycees (Abigail Henderson) Fulgenzi made a motion to approve and scaife seconded. Motion carried (10-0)
Ordinance Change:
•Pation Language (resolution) outdoor permit and no live music.
Fulgenzi made a motion to approve and Fraase seconded. Motion carried (11-0)
Reports:
•Trustin Harrison-
•Video gaming report was discussed. 36,700 revenue for the month
•Tavern incident report was discussed. Parkway Pub seems to have a lot of incidents. Harrison says that he has been talking to Captain Williams about the problems to see what we can do about them.
There was no public comment.
Fraase made a motion to adjourn & Sullivan seconded. Motion carried (10-0)
