New Business 

Public Health - Jim Stone/Toni Perry

Approval of Public Health Requisitions 

o Approval to hire an RN/Case Manager-HFI at an annual salary of $48,177.41 effective 1 1/20/17. Previous employee left the payroll on 10/6/17. 

o Approval to hire an RN/Case Manager at an annual salary of $49,430.03 effective 12/17/17. Previous employee left the payroll on 1 1/2/17. 

o Approval to hire a Clerk Typist II at an annual salary of $33,648.69 effective 1 1/20/17. Employee is taking another position in Environmental Health. Approval to hire a Clerk Typist I at an annual salary of $26,345.68 effective 12/21/17. Employee is taking another position effective 12/21. 

o Pre-Travel Approval for Tammie Rockford to attend the National Council for Behavioral Health’s Mental Health First Aid Summit from April 21-23rd in National Harbor, MD, at a cost of $1004.00 

o Pre-Travel Approval for Joan Thome to attend the HIV Prevention Training Forum from December 7-8" in Normal, IL, at a cost of $248.12
