Chatham Board of Fire Commissioners met December 12.

 Call to order the CFPD Regular Meeting.

 Roll Call of CFPD Board Members.

 Approval of Minutes of Regular Meeting and Closed Session.

      Review of November 28, 2017 minutes and actions re same.

 Estes, Bridgewater and Ogden Audit Report.

      Presentation of audit and report submission to the district and actions re same.

 Acceptance of Treasurer’s Report.

 Presentation of Bills and/or Invoices for Payment. (Review / Discussion / Approval or Denial)

 Public Comment. (Rules regarding Public Comment are available beforehand upon request and available at meeting).

      Five (5) minutes made available for each individual addressing the CFPD.

      Review of CFD Treatment & Transport Survey’s correspondence.

      Digital Combustion Fire Studio 6 software package and 10 tablets for students to interact with software and           actions re same.

      Master Subscription and License Agreement between the Chatham Community Fire Protection District and              ESO Solutions Inc. for HER Suite with QM & Mobile, CAD, Cardiac Monitor, EHR Billing, and ESO HER                FireHouse interface for January 1, 2018 through December 31, 2017 with $7, 675.00 due on January 1,                2019 and actions re same.

      Kyle Romadka temporary assignment position extension or dissolution and actions re same.

      Provider Enrollment Form, Office of Workers’ Compensation Programs and actions re same.

      Fire Academy Training Expense Reimbursement/Equipment Return Agreement, Dustin Cole, and actions                   re same.
