Chatham Chamber of Commerce recently issued the following announcement.
The Chatham Area Chamber sponsors the annual Greenways of Chatham yard and garden contest. The purpose of the contest is to encourage continued beautification of the community, which enhances the environment for both visitors and residents. The contest is open to any business, resident and any public/government institution in Chatham. The three categories judged are for Best Residential Landscaping, Best Business Landscaping, and Best Vegetable Garden. Winners will receive a 2018 Greenways of Chatham yard/garden sign award, and be recognized on the chamber website, in the newspaper and the monthly chamber newsletter.
