Cost of college was unchanged for all students at University of Spa & Cosmetology Arts

Tuition and fees was unchanged for 2017-18 at University of Spa & Cosmetology Arts, according to the latest disclosure from the U.S. Department of Education.

Illinois students paid $17,100 to attend the private for-profit school in both the 2016-17 and 2017-18 academic years.

Data shows 97 percent of full-time undergraduates who started school in 2015-16 received student financial aid in some form. In all, 58 students received grants or scholarships totaling $210,941 and 60 students took out student loans totaling more than $346,978.

Including all undergraduates, 223 students used grants or scholarships totaling $759,738. Another 166 took out $1 million in federal student loans.
