City of Lincoln issued the following announcement on Nov. 2.
Beginning Monday, Nov. 5, around 7 a.m. there will be a road closure with the rerouting of traffic along Keokuk Street. Both directions of Keokuk between Ottawa and Kankakee Streets will be closed due to a sewer repair at Jimmy John's. Consider taking an alternative route for three to five days due to this closure. Thank you for your patience.
