Report: 5% of University of Spa & Cosmetology Arts students repaying loans are in default

Out of 120 University of Spa & Cosmetology Arts students repaying loans in 2015, 6 were in default, according to the latest disclosure from the U.S. Department of Education.

That gives the proprietary school in Springfield a default rate of 5 percent for that year – 1.5 percentage points higher than in 2014 and 1.4 points higher than in 2013.
