How did Marc Bell spend campaign funds in the third quarter?

Democratic Marc Bell's election campaign committee, Friends of Marc Bell, spent $8,272 in the third quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Bell's committee spent the most on rent in the quarter, with all those payments ($3,000) going to Fox LLC in Springfield. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Bell's committee spent its money in the third quarter.
