Atlanta home prices fall in July 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2018 in Atlanta fell by $57,860 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2018, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $76,090 - a 43.2% decrease over the $133,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Atlanta in July 2017, as well.

The median sales tax in Atlanta for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $1,805, approximately 2.4% of the median home sale price for July 2018.
