Lincoln home prices rise in January 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2019 in Lincoln rose by $11,000 while total sales decreased by 38.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2019, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $73,000 - a 17.7% increase over the $62,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 18 homes sold in Lincoln in January 2018.

The median sales tax in Lincoln for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $1,814, approximately 2.5% of the median home sale price for January 2019.
