Route 4/ Washington Street home prices rise in January 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2017 in Route 4/ Washington Street, a Springfield neighborhood, rose by $23,750 while total sales increased by 28.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2017, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $91,250 - a 35.2% increase over the $67,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Route 4/ Washington Street in January 2016.
