The median sale price of a home sold in October 2017 in Salisbury/ Farmingdale, a Springfield neighborhood, fell by $55,000 while total sales decreased by 23.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2017, there were 13 homes sold, with a median sale price of $165,000 - a 25% decrease over the $220,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 17 homes sold in Salisbury/ Farmingdale in October 2016.
