The median sale price of a home sold in October 2017 in 4th Street/ Cook Street, a Springfield neighborhood, fell by $31,150 while total sales increased by 150%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2017, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $51,850 - a 37.5% decrease over the $83,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in 4th Street/ Cook Street in October 2016.
