Route 29/ Route 97 home prices fall in October 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2017 in Route 29/ Route 97, a Springfield neighborhood, fell by $12,910 while total sales decreased by 40%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2017, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $45,090 - a 22.3% decrease over the $58,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Route 29/ Route 97 in October 2016.
