Arlington Heights home prices fall in October 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2017 in Arlington Heights, a Springfield neighborhood, fell by $34,750 while total sales increased by 300%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2017, there were 12 homes sold, with a median sale price of $27,750 - a 55.6% decrease over the $62,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Arlington Heights in October 2016.

The median sales tax in Arlington Heights for 2017 was $1,058. In 2016, the median sales tax was $1,024. This marks an increase of 3.3%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 3.8%.
