Lincoln home prices rise in December 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2018 in Lincoln rose by $1,500 while total sales decreased by 15%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2018, there were 17 homes sold, with a median sale price of $56,000 - a 2.8% increase over the $54,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 20 homes sold in Lincoln in December 2017.

The median sales tax in Lincoln for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $1,814, approximately 3.2% of the median home sale price for December 2018.
