Lincoln home prices fall in August 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2018 in Lincoln fell by $17,350 while total sales increased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2018, there were 30 homes sold, with a median sale price of $69,500 - a 20% decrease over the $86,850 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 24 homes sold in Lincoln in August 2017.

The median sales tax in Lincoln for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $1,814, approximately 2.6% of the median home sale price for August 2018.
