Woodside home prices fall in August 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2018 in Woodside, a Springfield neighborhood, fell by $4,750 while total sales increased by 27.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2018, there were 14 homes sold, with a median sale price of $190,250 - a 2.4% decrease over the $195,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 11 homes sold in Woodside in August 2017.
