The median sale price of a home sold in August 2018 in Arlington Heights, a Springfield neighborhood, rose by $24,500 while total sales decreased by 71.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2018, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $77,500 - a 46.2% increase over the $53,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Arlington Heights in August 2017.
