Illinois State House District 99 issued the following announcement on July 24
State Representative Mike Murphy (R-Springfield) is collaborating with Affordable Shred to host a series of paper shredding events that will travel to different communities around the 99th House District.
Shred events will take place at three locations on Saturday, August 3 and three additional locations on Saturday, August 10. The events are free to attend and open to all residents of the 99th House District. Document shredding is limited to two bags or banker box sized boxes per vehicle.

Location #1: Pleasant Plains High School 500 N. Cartwright St., Pleasant Plains 9 a.m. to 10 a.m.
Location #2: New Berlin Village Hall 301 E. Illinois St., New Berlin 10:15 a.m. to 11:15 a.m.
Location #3: Loami Christian Church 309 E. Center St., Loami 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
August 10 Traveling Shred Truck Details:
Location #1: Auburn High School 511 N. 7th St., Auburn 9 a.m. to 10 a.m.
Location #2: Divernon Village Hall 50 East Brown St., Divernon 10:15 a.m. to 11:15 a.m.
Location #3: Pawnee Town Square South End of Square, Pawnee (Corner of Douglas St. & 6th Street) 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
