Village of Williamsville Village Board met July 22.

The Town Hall/board meeting was called to order at 6:30 pm by President Yokley. Clerk: Karen Winger. Trustees: Dave Carter, Heather Hofferkamp, Patrick Gettleman, Skylar Tierney, Matt Bunger. Absent: John Brennan

COMMUNICATIONS: JFL Camp starts today (July 22nd).
Trustee Tierney made a motion to approve the minutes of the regular board meeting held on July 8, 2019. Trustee Hofferkamp seconded the motion. All ayes, motion carried.
COMMITTEE REPORTS:
FINANCE: Trustee Tierney made a motion to pay bills as presented. Trustee Hofferkamp seconded the motion. All ayes, motion carried.
PUBLIC SAFETY (John Brennan): Trustee Brennan was absent.
Randy Segatto discussed the new cannabis law. The Public Safety and Economic Development committees will be reviewing the new law and determining how the Village will handle this law.
WATER & SEWER, (Matt Bunger): Kent Thompson stated the water line project under the storage units will start late summer or early fall.
ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT (Hofferkamp): Trustee Hofferkamp stated she hasn’t heard anything from Speedway. Trustee Hofferkamp stated her committee has not received any new TIF applications.
PARKS & RECREATION (Dave Carter): Trustee Carter stated JFL has started. He thanked everyone for their work at the park. He complimented the appearance of the park.
Trustee Carter thanked the individuals who have donated to our matching grant for the park.
Trustee Hofferkamp inquired about the status of the trail. President Yokley stated the Village is still in negotiations.
STREETS, ALLEYS, SIDEWALKS & STORM SEWERS (Patrick Gettleman): Trustee Gettleman had nothing new to report.
Kent Thompson and Trustee Gettleman will be having a meeting to discuss upcoming street improvement projects. Kent Thompson discussed the tree that fell by Earl Fowler’s house.
ADDITIONAL BUSINESS: No additional business to report.
