Woodside home prices rise in May 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2018 in Woodside, a Springfield neighborhood, rose by $31,000 while total sales decreased by 40%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2018, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $252,000 - a 14% increase over the $221,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 15 homes sold in Woodside in May 2017.
