Grandview home prices fall in May 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2018 in Grandview, a Springfield neighborhood, fell by $19,900 while total sales decreased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2018, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $41,600 - a 32.4% decrease over the $61,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Grandview in May 2017.

The median sales tax in Grandview for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $986, approximately 2.4% of the median home sale price for May 2018.
