The median sale price of a home sold in May 2018 in 16th Street/ Ash Street, a Springfield neighborhood, fell by $1,492 while total sales decreased by 12.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2018, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $38,000 - a 3.8% decrease over the $39,492 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in 16th Street/ Ash Street in May 2017.
