Arlington Heights home prices rise in May 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2018 in Arlington Heights, a Springfield neighborhood, rose by $6,750 while total sales decreased by 71.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2018, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $37,750 - a 21.8% increase over the $31,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Arlington Heights in May 2017.
