Route 4/ Route 97 home prices rise in November 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2018 in Route 4/ Route 97, a Springfield neighborhood, rose by $20,500 while total sales decreased by 54.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2018, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $110,500 - a 22.8% increase over the $90,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 11 homes sold in Route 4/ Route 97 in November 2017.
