Hartsburg home prices fall in 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in 2018 in Hartsburg fell by $19,300 while total sales increased by 300%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2018, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $30,000 - a 39.1% decrease over the $49,300 median sale price for the previous year. There were two homes sold in Hartsburg in 2017.
