Arlington Heights home prices fall in August 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2019 in Arlington Heights, a Springfield neighborhood, fell by $16,000 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2019, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $61,500 - a 20.6% decrease over the $77,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Arlington Heights in August 2018, as well.

The median sales tax in Arlington Heights for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $1,137, approximately 1.8% of the median home sale price for August 2019.
