Woodside home prices fall in August 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2019 in Woodside, a Springfield neighborhood, fell by $13,250 while total sales decreased by 64.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2019, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $177,000 - a 7% decrease over the $190,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 14 homes sold in Woodside in August 2018.
