Auburn home prices rise in August 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2019 in Auburn rose by $61,700 while total sales increased by 60%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2019, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $113,700 - a 118.7% increase over the $52,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Auburn in August 2018.

The median sales tax in Auburn for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $1,795, approximately 1.6% of the median home sale price for August 2019.
