New Berlin home prices rise in August 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2019 in New Berlin rose by $48,000 while total sales remained unchanged with five homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2019, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $155,000 - a 44.9% increase over the $107,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in New Berlin in August 2018, as well.

The median sales tax in New Berlin for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $2,854, approximately 1.8% of the median home sale price for August 2019.
