a. Kindergarten Enrollment Projections for SY20-21

The following are enrollments based upon pre-registration for kindergarten that occurred in February, 2020.

e. School Board Retreat

The School Board and Administrative Team will be meeting on Monday, March 16 at 5:00 p.m. in the EHS library for planning and goal setting purposes. Items to be discussed will be curriculum and instruction, buildings and grounds, and finances.

Item 11 – Approve Amended School Calendar for SY19-20

Exhibit 39 is a copy of this year’s amended school calendar. To date, we have used 0 emergency days. Therefore, I am recommending the following adjustments to our SY19-20 calendar:

• Thursday, May 21, 2020

o Last day of school: 2:30 Dismissal Schedule

• Friday, May 22, 2020

o No School –Teacher’s Institute

Approve HVAC projects at EHS, EMS, and Davenport Elementary at a cost not to exceed $5,500,000. Acceptance of this project will be based on approval of final scope and contract approval by the school board’s attorney.
