1. AN ORDINANCE CLARIFYING CURBSIDE FURNISHING OF ALCOHOL FOR IN-PERSON PURCHASES FOR CONSUMPTION OFF-PREMISES PURSUANT TO THE STATE OF ILLINOIS EXECUTIVE DEPARTMENT’S EXECUTIVE ORDER 2020-07 “EXECUTIVE ORDER IN RESPONSE TO COVID-19 (COVID-19 EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 5)”, Ordinance 20-10

Trustee Gerger motioned, seconded by Trustee Mann to put this ordinance on the table for action. Ordinance 20-10 passed 6 yes, 0 no, and 0 absent as follows: Trustee Mann yes, Detmers yes, Gerger yes, Chiaro yes, Mau yes, and Scherschel yes.

2. AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 30.06 AND 30.07 OF THE VILLAGE CODE TO ALLOW FOR REMOTE CITIZEN PARTICIPATION IN MEETINGS AND REMOTE BOARD ATTENDANCE AT MEETINGS PURSUANT TO THE STATE OF ILLINOIS EXECUTIVE DEPARTMENT’S EXECUTIVE ORDER 2020-07 “EXECUTIVE ORDER IN RESPONSE TO COVID-19 (COVID-19 EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 5)” Ordinance 20-11

Trustee Detmers moved, seconded by Trustee Chiaro to put this ordinance on the table for action. Trustee Scherschel made a motion to amend that Any public comment submitted to the board thirty minutes prior to the meeting will be discussed at the meeting. This was seconded by Trustee Gerger. This was passed 6 yes, 0 no, and 0 absent. Ordinance 20-11 passed 6 yes, 0 no, and 0 absent as follows: Trustee Mann yes, Detmers yes, Gerger yes, Chiaro yes, Mau yes, and Scherschel yes.
