Chatham Police Department issued the following announcement on Dec. 4.
Per the Sangamon County Highway Department, the railroad crossing on Woodside Road will be closed for repairs beginning Sunday, December 6th at 6pm (weather permitting) and should be completed by Tuesday, December 8th, 2020 at 6pm. A full detour route will be signed. Questions should be directed to Union Pacific railroad at (918)682-9393.
