Atlanta median home prices rose by 18.6% in June 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2021 in Atlanta rose by $12,250 while total sales decreased by 66.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2021, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $78,000 - a 18.6% increase over the $65,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Atlanta in June 2020.

The median sales tax in Atlanta for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $1,913, approximately 2.5% of the median home sale price for June 2021.
