December 2020: Home prices in Lincoln fell

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2020 in Lincoln fell by $4,880 while total sales increased by 130.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2020, there were 30 homes sold, with a median sale price of $75,120 - a 6.1% decrease over the $80,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 13 homes sold in Lincoln in December 2019.
