Falling home prices in Lincoln in October 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2020 in Lincoln fell by $3,250 while total sales increased by 277.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2020, there were 34 homes sold, with a median sale price of $73,250 - a 4.2% decrease over the $76,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Lincoln in October 2019.
