Atlanta median home prices rose by 7.3% in October 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2020 in Atlanta rose by $5,100 while total sales decreased by 40%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2020, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $75,000 - a 7.3% increase over the $69,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Atlanta in October 2019.

The median sales tax in Atlanta for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $1,913, approximately 2.6% of the median home sale price for October 2020.
