Lincoln home prices fell in September 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2020 in Lincoln fell by $15,805 while total sales decreased by 17.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2020, there were 14 homes sold, with a median sale price of $89,195 - a 15.1% decrease over the $105,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 17 homes sold in Lincoln in September 2019.
