Median home prices in Lincoln rose to $81,000 in July 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2020 in Lincoln rose by $6,500 while total sales decreased by 41.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2020, there were 17 homes sold, with a median sale price of $81,000 - a 8.7% increase over the $74,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 29 homes sold in Lincoln in July 2019.

The median sales tax in Lincoln for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $1,863, approximately 2.3% of the median home sale price for July 2020.
